“Abbé Antonin Lhoumeau was a man gifted with great talents. As a musicologist and composer, his fame when beyond the limits of his diocese. On 17 April 1903, at the Chapter held in Schimmert, he was elected Superior General. He brought the administration of the Company of Mary back to Saint-Laurent. (N.B. Saint-Laurent was where St. Louis-Marie died in 1716.)
“Under the guidance of Fr. Lhoumeau, it (the Company of Mary) continued its steady march forward. This was the time when it became aware of the richness of the spirituality which it brought to the Church.
“Fr. Lhoumeau made an enormous contribution to the spread of Marian spirituality. He wrote books which were very well received, and greatly encouraged the creation of reviews in the various countries where the Montfort Missionaries were present. He himself, while an Assistant, had launched in France the review “Le Règne de Jésus par Marie” (The Reign of Jesus through Mary).”
He has written a book called “The Virgin Mary and the Apostles of the Last Times”, published for anyone who’s wanted the inside scoop about Mary’s role in these times, which are often shrouded in mystery.
You’ll see how the “True Devotion to Mary” is the weapon of choice in the hands of the children of the Virgin. You’ll understand the enmity between Mary and the devil better than you ever have before, and, most likely, better than anyone you know (Starting on page 26).
You’ll uncover the tactics the devil uses to try to destroy the enmity God has established between the Woman and the devil, and you’ll be prepared to combat them…much better prepared.
You’ll read St. Louis de Montfort’s clear idea of what a priest of Mary should be (This is relevant for you, because St. John Bosco says the holier the priests, the holier the people.). You’ll grasp firmly why to follow Mary is to follow Jesus faithfully (Page 58)
And this is just the beginning! You’ll discover precisely why St. Louis-Marie had such a great devotion to St. Michael the Archangel, and, consequently, why you should too (See page 67).
And you’ll know how you can help priests become true Marian apostles, because several chapters are especially devoted to them.
This book, shows you, for the first time, the End Times from an entirely Marian perspective, through the eyes of St. Louis de Montfort.
“The Virgin Mary and the Apostles of the Last Times”, the sixth book in the “True Devotion to Mary Series”, is the only one completely dedicated to commenting on these words of St. Louis de Montfort in his “True Devotion to Mary”:
“The formation and the education of the great Saints who shall come at the end of the world are reserved for (Mary)” (“True Devotion to Mary”, #35), and, “I have said that this would come to pass particularly at the end of the world, and indeed presently, because the Most High with His holy Mother has to form for Himself great Saints, who shall surpass most of the other Saints in sanctity, as much as the cedars of Lebanon outgrow the little shrubs, as has been revealed to a holy soul, whose life has been written by a great servant of God” (#47).
“They shall be great and exalted before God in sanctity, superior to all other creatures by their animated zeal, and leaning so strongly on the divine succor, that, with the humility of their heel, in union with Mary, they shall crush the head of the devil, and cause Jesus Christ to triumph” (#54).
“This fullness of perspective, which simultaneously embraces the past and the future, which connects the last ages of the world to the first and shows us in all its extent the plan of divine Wisdom for Mary, is assuredly of an extraordinary originality and magnificence; and this is why among so many other prophetic views those of St. Louis-Marie de Montfort stand out” (p. 18).
“As the battle becomes widespread and intensified, the Marian devotion of St. Louis-Marie de Montfort, already so well adapted to the needs of his time, spreads in a surprising way and proves to be a weapon of choice in the hands of the children of the Virgin” (p.22).
“Such is the characteristic originality of de Montfort’s insights about the end times: they refer everything to Mary as to their main purpose. We shall see it more and more clearly by meditating on what he says about the apostles whom the Virgin is to form for this time so troubled for the Church militant. The portrait which Montfort drew of it and the description of their apostolate fills some pages that we would look for in vain elsewhere” (p. 25).
These, then, are the kinds of words and thoughts you’re going to encounter in this book.
And this book is an easy read. It’ll give you quite a few “a-ha” moments. And if you stay with them and let them sink into your mind, gradually you’ll take on the attitude Jesus wants you to have about the End Times and be prepared for them.
Now, having read all this, you’re probably wondering…
Because Sr. Lucia of Fatima, to whom Our Lady appeared in 1917, told Father Fuentes on December 26, 1957: “Father, the Most Holy Virgin did not tell me that we are in the last times of the world, but She made me understand this for three reasons. The first reason is because She told me that the devil is in the mood for engaging in a decisive battle against the Virgin. And a decisive battle is the final battle where one side will be victorious and the other side will suffer defeat. Hence from now on we must choose sides. Either we are for God or we are for the devil; there is no other possibility.
“The second reason is because She said to my cousins as well as to myself, that God is giving two last remedies to the world. They are the Holy Rosary and devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. These are the last two remedies which signify that there will be no others.
“The third reason is because in the plans of Divine Providence, God always, before He is about to chastise the world, exhausts all other remedies.”
Fr. Lhoumeau also reminds you: “If the current time is among the end times, let us be at least up to the demands of the mission that God asks of us” (p.15).

No one’s probably ever told you in any detail how important you are in God’s plan for “all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth” (1 Tim. 2:4).
Little wonder: most people don’t give it any thought.
But the simple fact of the matter is this: God and Our Lady need you, because God has willed it so, as you’re about to see several Popes explain.
And I’m going to give you the big picture right now. This includes the immense reward which can be yours.
Are you with me? Let’s go.
In his Encyclical, Mystici Corporis (On the Mystical Body of Christ, #44), Ven. Pope Pius XII wrote:
“Because Christ the Head holds such an eminent position, one must not think that He does not require the help of the Body…Yet this, also, must be held, marvelous though it may seem: Christ has need of His members…Moreover as our Savior does not rule the Church directly in a visible manner, He wills to be helped by the members of His Body in carrying out the work of redemption…
“This is a deep mystery, and an inexhaustible subject of meditation, that the salvation of many depends on the prayers and voluntary penances which the members of the Mystical Body of Jesus Christ offer for this intention and on the cooperation of pastors of souls and of the faithful, especially of fathers and mothers of families, a cooperation which they must offer to our Divine Savior as though they were His associates.”
“There reigns among men, by the hidden and benign mystery of the divine will, a supernatural solidarity whereby the sin of one harms the others just as the holiness of one also benefits the others. Thus the Christian faithful give each other mutual help to attain their supernatural aim. Thus while attaining their own salvation, they have also cooperated in the salvation of their brothers in the unity of the Mystical Body.”
You are so important Our Lady herself pleads with you, because these poor, unhappy souls need your help right now - - today!
In God’s Providence, nothing happens by accident. And so you’re at this page today for a reason. Even if you bookmark it, you may never come back to it. Like other pages you’ve bookmarked. And so I encourage you to take action today while it’s still fresh on your mind.
Because it boils down to this: Mary needs and wants your help NOW!
Can you imagine that? Your being greater than most of the other Saints? I know it seems unbelievable, but St. Louis says it. And he tells you why this is the case…
“There have been some Saints, but they have been in small numbers, who have passed by this sweet path to go to Jesus…But the rest of the Saints, who are the greater number, although they have all had devotion to our Blessed Lady, have not on that account, or at least very little, entered upon this way. This is why they have had to pass through ruder and more dangerous trials” (“True Devotion to Mary”, #152).
This way is indeed the road less traveled. And because of this, you can not only surpass those Saints, (because most of them didn’t enter upon this way), you’ll do it easier, in less time, and with less effort.
And you can get remarkable results from this Marian devotion EVEN IF you’re not a priest or in a religious order. In fact, St. Louis says you can do more than they do.
Listen to what he says:
“By this devotion we give to Jesus Christ, in the most perfect manner, inasmuch as it is by Mary’s hands. All we can give Him, and far more than by any other devotions…This is more than we do even in a religious order” (#123).
The Saint continues: “By this practice, faithfully observed, you will give Jesus more glory in a month than by any other practice, however difficult, in many years” (#222).
He’s not finished. He says you can get even more.
And did you notice how he said…“though he shall have done nothing more than the ordinary actions of his state of life”? The best thing about this Marian devotion is you don’t need to add any new spiritual practices to get such an immense reward. More on this in a second.
But first, to give you more encouragement, he said:
“To understand the excellence of this motive, we must understand also what a good it is to convert a sinner, or to deliver a soul from Purgatory. It is an infinite good, which is greater than to create heaven and earth, because we give to a soul the possession of God. If by this practice we deliver but one soul in our life from Purgatory, or convert but one sinner, would not that be enough to induce a truly charitable man to embrace it?” (#172)
Is this something you want to pass up? I didn’t think so. And, for obvious reasons, Mary doesn’t want you to, either.
She wants all souls to be her children and to be with her in heaven for eternity. St. Louis explains Mary’s love for her children:
“She loves them tenderly, and more tenderly than all other mothers put together. Throw, if you can, all the natural love which all the mothers of the world have for their children into the one heart of one mother for one only child. Surely that mother will love that child immensely. Nevertheless, it is true that Mary loves her children yet more tenderly than that mother would love that child of hers” (#202).
Any mother can relate to this.
Returning briefly to Fatima, Sr. Lucia said Jesus explained to her: “The sacrifice required of every person is the fulfillment of his duties in life and the observance of My law. This is the penance that I now seek and require.” (Notice He didn’t say add more devotions or frightful penances.)
Therefore, St. Louis de Montfort could also write: “Is not this to love our neighbor perfectly? Is not this to be the true disciple of Jesus Christ, who is always to be recognized by His charity? Is not this the way to covert sinners, without any fear of vanity; and to deliver souls from Purgatory, without scarcely doing anything but what we are obliged to do by our state of life?” (#171).
Now the Montfort Fathers call their own Fr. Jean-Marie Texier “a remarkable spiritual writer.” And he said:
“Legion are the souls who become discouraged because they believe they are doing nothing, or at least doing nothing much. They imagine that to please God much, to work for His greater glory, to save sinners or deliver souls from Purgatory, it is necessary to undertake extraordinary things, to impose on themselves fasts, pilgrimages, long prayers, etc.
“But no, St. Louis-Marie de Montfort says to them: stay on your path. Be content with doing what you usually do, but do it in the spirit of Mary, in union with her intentions and dispositions.”
And this is what makes the “True Devotion to Mary Series” unique: every book in it (like “The Virgin Mary and the Apostles of the Last Times”) helps you understand and make your own the spirit of Mary, which drove the Marian devotion of St. Louis de Montfort.
But here’s the kicker: this necessary spirit is something St. Louis de Montfort says most people don’t have. Even most of those consecrated to Mary are missing the boat. They’re scraping by in their Marian devotion, and without the right tools, or unless they’re lucky, their Marian devotion will continue to be off-kilter.
Here’s what he said:
“As the essential of this devotion consists in the interior which it ought to form, it will not be equally comprehended by everybody. Some will stop at what is exterior in it, and will go no further, and these will be the greatest number. Some, in small number, will enter into its inward spirit; but they will only mount one step. Who will mount to the second step? Who will get as far as the third?” (#119)
But like I said before, “The Virgin Mary and the Apostles of the Last Times” and the other books in the “True Devotion to Mary Series” can help you do all your actions in this interior spirit, which is the spirit of Mary.
And you can be sure you’re on the right path, because this Marian devotion has always been approved by the Church and embraced by numerous Popes in their own spiritual lives, as St. Louis de Montfort testifies.
No wonder Our Lady of Fatima said Jesus “wants to establish in the world devotion to My Immaculate Heart. To whoever embraces this devotion I promise salvation; these souls shall be dear to God, as flowers placed by Me to adorn His throne” (June 13, 1917).
And she added: “You have seen hell where the souls of poor sinners go. To save them, God wishes to establish in the world devotion to My Immaculate Heart.”
Imagine what you can do for these souls. And imagine how joyfully they’ll thank you for rescuing them, and how happy you’ll feel for having helped save them because of the powerful information you discover in this book.
If Jesus said: “For whosoever shall give you to drink a cup of water in My name, because you belong to Christ: amen I say to you, he shall not lose his reward” (Mk. 9:40), imagine the reward He’ll give you for helping save souls, and possessing the infinite Good: Himself.
Picture the uplifting scene of souls radiant with the light of God’s glory not only thanking you for helping them get to Heaven, but also admiring and congratulating you for having the courage to take a path (which as you read above) St. Louis de Montfort says most Saints didn’t take.
Considering the number of people who’ll die every day in the coming weeks, months, and years, you can wonder how many can experience a happy judgment because you’re taking action today. And you may begin to wonder about what it’ll be like to experience meeting these happy souls one day.
By clicking the “ADD TO CART” button below today, you’re not only making a valuable acquisition for your future (both here and in eternity), but also for the eternal happiness of countless souls you haven’t even met yet.
And recall what Our Lady of Fatima said: “Pray much and make sacrifices for sinners, for many souls go to hell because there is no one to make sacrifices for them.”
Notice how she uses the PRESENT TENSE. She didn’t say ‘will go.’ The present tense means ‘are going now.’ Therefore, it’s important for you to take action TODAY. This is an urgent, CURRENT problem, which, if not solved, turns into an eternal problem.
And considering you can own this book for what amounts to a few cents a day, this problem can be solved for the fraction of the cost of a gallon of gas.
Taking action today and helping Our Lady (who needs you) puts you more firmly on the road to eternal happiness, because as St. James says: “He must know that he who causes a sinner to be converted from the error of his way, shall save his soul from death, and shall cover a multitude of sins” (James 5:20).
St. Paul said “that eye has not seen, nor ear heard, neither has it entered into the heart of man, what things God has prepared for them that love Him” (1 Cor. 2:9).
St. Louis de Montfort said: “Mary, being the most gracious and generous of all pure creatures, never lets herself be outdone in love and generosity. As a holy man said of her, “For an egg she gives an ox”; that is to say, for a little that is given to her, she gives much of what she has received from God” (#181).
At this point, you’ve seen how important you are in God’s plan for “all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth” (1 Tim. 2:4). And how Our Lady pleads for your help. You know the eternal misery you’re helping souls avoid, and you have an idea of the immense reward you can get by helping them get to Heaven.
Commenting on the passage, “And Mary rising up in those days went into the hill country with haste into a city of Juda” (Lk. 1:39), St. Ambrose said: “The grace of the Holy Spirit knows no slow movements.”
So you can see why your taking action today makes you like Our Lady in a unique way, and puts you in a small group of people.
And you will be unique, because experience has proven people will do little to prevent troubles. They don’t cross bridges in advance. They’ll do anything to cure troubles which exist, but they’re not inclined to anticipate disasters. Most people aren’t as wise as Noah, who began building the ark BEFORE it started raining.
But I suspect you’re more like Noah than most people – and you must be, because you’ve read this far.
And this Marian devotion makes you even more special to Mary, because St. Louis calls it a “secret of grace, unknown by the greater number of Christians, known even to few of the devout, and practiced and relished by a far less number still” (#82).
What’s more, by discovering how to live your consecration to Mary, you’ll be following the example of Jesus Himself.
As a result, St. Louis de Montfort wrote:
“Oh, how highly we glorify God, when after the example of Jesus, we submit ourselves to Mary!
“Having, then, before our eyes an example so plain and so well-known to the whole world, are we so senseless as to imagine that we can find a more perfect or a shorter means of glorifying God than that of submitting ourselves to Mary, after the example of her Son?” (#139)
“This practice of devotion to our Blessed Lady is also a perfect path by which to go and unite ourselves to Jesus, because the divine Mary is the most perfect and the most holy of creatures, and because Jesus, who has come to us most perfectly, took no other road for His great and admirable journey” (#157).
Furthermore, St. Louis doesn’t hesitate to say living this consecration to Mary helps you imitate all three divine Persons of the Most Holy Trinity. This deserves to be quoted in full:
“Let us recall here, as a proof of the dependence we ought to have on our Blessed Lady, what I have said above in bringing forward the example which the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost give of this dependence.
“The Father has not given, and does not give, His Son except by her; He has no children but by her; and communicates no graces but by her. God the Son has not been formed for the whole world in general except by her; and He is not daily formed and engendered except by her, in union with the Holy Ghost; neither does He communicate His merits and His virtues except by her.
“The Holy Ghost has not formed Jesus Christ except by her; neither does He form the members of Our Lord’s Mystical Body except by her; and through her alone does He dispense His favors and His gifts.
“After so many and such pressing examples of the Most Holy Trinity, can we, without an extreme blindness, dispense ourselves from Mary, and not consecrate ourselves to her, and depend on her to go to God?” (#140)
